Today a collective bargaining agreement appeals panel decided in an unprecedented moved, to have the suspensions of the four New Orleans Saints player involved in the “player bounty” Program overturned effective immediately, This decision comes to the delight of many Saints fans and players, as these people represent key members of their team; Jonathan Vilma, Anthony Hargrove , Will Smith and Scott Fujita. In the case of Jonathan Vilma whose suspension was set for the entire 2012 season, this move represents a major victory as he noted on his Twitter profile;

Others like Scott Fujita and Will Smith, were sentimental in their responses, and humbled by the amount of support they received throughout this ordeal.

Though the suspensions have been overturned, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell can still have the suspensions renewed if he is able to prove that each player had intent to injure; in the meanwhile this decision means all four Saints players can resume playing football effective this weekend.
