With all the talk about the NFL Replacement Refs, Jimmy Kimmel sums up the situation pretty well in this hilarious video. A lot of the replacement refs have made terrible calls, but mostly they have just sounded terrible on the mic when announcing the penalties. The lack of confidence when presenting the penalty comes off as if they don’t have a clue what is going on, maybe were onto something here.
