BASKETBALL — 14 February 2013
Kevin Garnett has always been a competitor and had made a good decision to chase a tittle with Boston as his window shortened. The reality with the age and injuries plaguing the Boston Celtics, it is becoming more realistic that Kevin Garnett will likely walk away from the NBA after this season.
He was interviewed and said this will be his last All-Star game and foreshadowed that he will be retiring after this season. A few weeks ago Kevin Garnett has said he wanted to retire a Boston Celtic. If he doesn’t walk away after this season you leave the possibility that the Celtics move him. The trade deadline is a week away and I doubt that Danny Ainge will pull the trigger sending Garnett anywhere.
