The Toronto Blue Jays mean business this off season. With the blockbuster trade with the Miami Marlins still under review, the Blue Jays reportedly made another massive deal which will help position them as a playoff team for the 2013 season.

According to a  ESPNdeportes.com, the Jays have agreed to a two-year deal with free-agent outfielder Melky Cabrera.

The report indicates that the deal is worth $16 million over two years.

The Blue Jays are eying a World Series Title, that is now a fact!
