BASKETBALL FOOTBALL — 13 September 2012

Living in Canada hockey is a big part of our culture. Canadians are so passionate about their country and hockey that fans were willing to shell out $30,000-$40,000 a ticket, begging people to sell their ticket to the Gold Medal game between Canada and the USA in Vancouver. Some lucky ticket holders didn’t even flinch at the offers from desperate Canadians trying to be a part of history. A part of history, kind of like the record setting Gary Bettman will be accomplishing should the NHL lock out for a third time under his control. It’s like that ex-girlfriend you keep going back to. Every time they strike a deal it only ends the same way it began. The owners want more money, they want to take it away from the players who aren’t willing to take less, so the fans get screwed.

Well for those of you who are willing to cheat on hockey and start seeing another sport, you can turn your attention to the upcoming  NBA and NFL schedules. Here are a few key trips worth checking out this season.
