Last night Rual Ibanez was as clutch as you can get. In the bottom of the ninth Rual Ibanez name was called by manager Joe Girardi to bat second in place of Alex Rodriguez. Just as every Yankee fan was hoping, Ibanez went deep and hit a home run to tie the game 2 – 2. Sure enough the thrill of tying the game and sending it to extra innings wasn’t enough… Rual Ibanez decided that he would hit a walk off home run to win the game and be the hero of the game. It just goes to show that even if you’re on the bench, you should be ready for when your coach calls your name.

In 2009 LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers were down 95-93 in the fourth quarter with 1 second left in the game. Off an inbound pass, LeBron James pulled off a clutch shot in the Playoffs.

This is one of my favourite Toronto Raptors moment. Even through losing seasons my passion for basketball is always high and watching the never quit effort by Mo Peterson vs the Washington Wizards is a play I will never forget.

New England Patriots fans won’t be too happy about this one. Eli Manning pulls off ‘The Play’ to win his first Super Bowl ring.

Sidney Crosby’s Overtime Gold Medal goal in Vancouver.

For Super Bowl XLIII I was in Las Vegas for the Georges St. Pierre vs BJ Penn II fight and watched this game on the edge of my seat.

Here’s a gem from Doug Flutie tossing a Hail Flutie’ in College.

Toronto Blue Jaysfan will agree with me when I say that Joe Carter‘s walk off Home Run is one of the most clutch performances in Toronto Blue Jays history.
